QUALIDADE DE VIDA E PROMOÇÃO EM SAÚDE JUNTO A TRABALHADORES: UMA PROPOSIÇÃO DE DIAGNÓSTICO E INTERVENÇÃO EM TERAPIA OCUPACIONAL
Abstract
O objetivo do presente estudo foi identificar a percepção do trabalhador sobre as atividades desempenhadas dentro e fora do trabalho, no intuito de levantar, através da avaliação e da realidade do próprio indivíduo, situações que mereçam atenção/intervenção, buscando promover a saúde dos indivíduos. O estudo foi realizado através da análise de dois instrumentos: 1. um questionário auto-aplicável abordando a rotina de vida, satisfação, percepção, relacionamentos e projetos futuros, dentro e fora do trabalho e; 2. Uma vivência que registrou o tempo utilizado em diferentes atividades cotidianas. Os resultados indicaram a adequação do processo diagnóstico junto ao trabalhador para a identificação e proposições relativas à melhoria na qualidade de vida e promoção em saúde. Aspectos como uso do tempo livre, auto-cuidados, interação familiar e social, dentre outros foram abordados junto aos trabalhadores.Downloads
